Complaints and appeals

We take complaints very seriously. If you wish to raise one, you can use the form below. You must first use the existing options in the Discord server, such as raising a ticket and raising an incident in your specified negotiation channel.

You can also use the form below to appeal a Cosmo League ban, either from the Leagues themselves or from the Discord server. You can find details about your ban in either the player bans section, or the clan bans section. You'll need this information when appealing. 

We store your email address for both complaints and appeals, to ensure we have multiple ways to contact you if required. You will need to supply this in order to submit the form. Please select the appropriate option below.
